A scaling biomedical company of around 40-50 people.
A business consulting company of around 200-300 people, looking to revamp strategy under a new CEO.
This company started at a position with no goals, but a leadership team who were committed to getting their chosen framework in place (OKRs).
The new CEO for this company, was looking for help with social facilitation and a v2 of vision and outcomes for the company.
The organisation has now been using OKRs for several quarters. The organisation-wide OKRs are updated regularly, and plans to create OKRs at department levels and below are coming soon. The Stellafai coaches still provide async support as and when needed in this process.
Once the workshop had ended, the Stellafai team added the workshop outputs into the company space on Stellafai. They are now providing frequent async coaching to help the organisation turn the one-pager outputs into measurable goals. Individual coaching to help the owners of these cross-functional teams is also in place.
